YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE RUNNING!
If you always just go with what you feel like doing then you are unlikely to achieve as much in life. Not feeling like doing something is common, it's nothing to be ashamed off. However, this is the reason why many people don’t do as much as they could. The key is to simply override this feeling. Don’t let your feelings define you. If it’s raining, if it’s cold, just forget about what you feel like doing and put yourself in auto pilot. Go get your trainers, lace them up, step outside and run. Remind yourself that people who never feel uncomfortable are not living life to the full.
