During the coronavirus pandemic we all find ourselves in an unprecedented situation and of course our main concern is for everyone’s health and wellbeing. At this difficult time we also hugely appreciate the amazing work being carried out by NHS staff and other key workers. The lockdown is affecting all of our lives and many of us will feel under stress at times. Running is my passion. I love running in the great outdoors, pushing my body and embracing everything that it throws at me. Whether it's freezing or sunny and no matter if I'm feeling fast or slow, it always gives me a boost. It draws me back everyday and has done so since I started running as a schoolgirl.
