A Tribute to my former coach Tony White I have been filled with so much sadness these past few weeks. Tony White, who used to coach me at Exeter Harriers, passed away recently. My thoughts are with his family and all that knew him. Tony did so much for so many and I will always be grateful for all the help and support that he gave to me. He coached me as a young athlete and I feel fortunate to have been able to stay in contact with him over the years. He was a great friend who was always there if you wanted to have a chat. Running is my passion. I love running in the great outdoors, pushing my body and embracing everything that it throws at me. Whether it's freezing or sunny and no matter if I'm feeling fast or slow, it always gives me a boost. It draws me back everyday and has done so since I started running as a schoolgirl. I'm still running and still aiming to compete internationally purely because I love to run.
