Now we are in lockdown it's vital that we help our children to continue to flourish. As well as trying to home school our kids it's important that we keep them active. This is so essential for both their physical and mental health. As parents our prime concern at this difficult time is to keep our children safe, but of course we also all have worries about their happiness as we go through the weeks of lockdown. Running is my passion. I love running in the great outdoors, pushing my body and embracing everything that it throws at me. Whether it's freezing or sunny and no matter if I'm feeling fast or slow, it always gives me a boost. It draws me back everyday and has done so since I started running as a schoolgirl. I'm still running and still aiming to compete internationally purely because I love to run.
